After spending $18,000 on three bathroom (yes I'm apparently ***), one leaked, damaged sub-flooring.Had one assessment from Bath-Fitters but apparently they did not like what the out-come was.

Sending out a second person (TBD). This room has been in limbo for over a month and now because of the 2nd assessment, probably another 3 weeks. Speaking with the initial sales contact to try and resolve the issue, at one point of the conversation he tried to say we were part for the delay! Very difficult to have calls returned.

We had a family member tell us to stay away from this company, from their past experience.I now suggest the same.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
