I received a call from Bathfitter and was told that silicone loss was not covered by warranty. They sent a man out the next day who drained the water and resealed the liner.

I paid $125 plus tax. I consider this reasonable and I am satisfied with work and customer service

I spent thousands redoing bath and was told I had lifetim guarantee. Now there's water between new and old tub and bottom is spongy plus terrible sour smell.
